Anyway, I think the DF83 does a pretty good job with pour over's. Better clarity than the 1Z or the Ode with gen 2 burrs. I think the Ode needed a burr alignment which I can't test now that I killed it. I'll be getting a Zerno Z1 in February for espresso. That opens up the burr options for the DF83.
