ive personally gotten about 250-300 crucibles and around 30-40 gifts so does drop but its also deff more rare. rarer than crucibles but I've done a few rifts where I've gotten multiples in the same rift. Only paragon 450 currently. 10 crucibles, 0 Ramaladni's.. Kemono dl

They won’t drop prior to Torment 1 though as they are a Torment only flagged drop AFAIK. You’ll just have to keep killing monsters and hoping one ...For 99% of decent weapons the best improvement is re-rolling the damage range. Careful with statement like these. If you're talking about first ancient weapon of the season, sure probably rolling damage range will be the best choice.
