Oxycodone is stronger in it's effects than hydrocodone, but that's almost a thin line. But mg for mg there prescribed the same (ex. 5-7.5-10) But deff. taking a 7.5 mg Norco/Vicodin is a little stronger than a single 5mg percocet.
