Naturally, we were excited to put the LATAM version to the test in their premier business class offering. We had to cancel our Latam flights back to Australia due to the closure of the Argentinian border in March 2020. We applied for a refund and were initially granted travel credit which we refused. Instead we requested a cash refund. This week the refund arrived in our bank account. The whole process took five months.
