Things to check: You need port forwarding set up for the following ports on your Router: 80, 443 & 5001 all pointing to the IP Addrerss of your NAS.Click on Apply. Under the Display tab, you can modify the below options: Select whether to show tutorial tips the next time Synology Drive Client is launched. Select whether to use minimalist tray icon.STEP 2. Go to Control Panel / External Access / QuickConnect. Check Enable QuickConnect then type in your own QuickConnect name in the QuickConnect ID field.
